Terms
1. DEFINITIONS“
“Agreement” means this Rental Agreement and all terms listed herein.
“Renter” means the person signing this agreement and any authorized driver approved by Right Move Rental LLC.
“Vehicle” means the rental vehicle described in the booking confirmation.
2. ELIGIBILITY & DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Minimum rental age is 23 years old.
Drivers under 23 years old may be approved at the company’s discretion and require a $150 refundable security deposit.
All drivers must present a valid, non-expired driver’s license.
Only drivers listed in the agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
Right Move Rental LLC reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone at its discretion.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Full rental payment is required upfront before vehicle delivery or pickup.
Rental rate is $385 per 7-day week, unless otherwise agreed.
Daily rate applies to extra days beyond the weekly rental.
Extensions must be paid before the original return date.
Failure to pay extension fees on time may result in repossession of the vehicle.
All payments are final unless otherwise approved in writing.
4. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Renters age 23+ may rent without deposit (subject to approval).
Renters under 23 require a $150 refundable deposit.
No new damage
No unpaid tolls
No unpaid fuel charges
No late fees
Deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection and confirmation of:
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on payment processor.
5. VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS
The vehicle may NOT be used:
Outside the State of Florida without written authorization.
For rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) unless approved in writing.
For towing (unless vehicle is designated for towing).
For racing, reckless driving, or illegal activity.
By any unauthorized driver.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of rental without refund.
6. MILEAGE POLICY
Daily mileage limit applies as specified in booking.
Excess mileage may result in additional charges.
7. FUEL POLICY
Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

If returned with less fuel, renter will be charged:
8. TOLLS & TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS
Renter is responsible for:
All toll charges
Parking tickets
Traffic violations
Administrative processing fees
Toll charges may be billed after rental ends if received later.
9. DAMAGE / LOSS / INSURANCE
Renter is responsible for all:
Damage
Theft
Loss of use
Diminished value
Administrative fees
Even if renter is not at fault.
Insurance coverage does NOT fully cover the driver.
The renter remains financially responsible for any uncovered portion of damage.
In case of accident, renter must:
Call 863-600-7603 immediately.
Obtain police report.
Collect photos and other party information.
Failure to report accidents immediately may result in additional liability.
10. VEHICLE CONDITION & RETURN
Renter agrees to return the vehicle:
On agreed date and time
In same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
Clean and free of excessive dirt or smoke odor
Late returns may result in:
Additional daily rental charge
Late return fee
Repossession at renter’s expense
11. SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Violation will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee.
12. ABANDONMENT & REPOSSESSION
If renter fails to return vehicle or violates agreement, Right Move Rental LLC may:
Repossess vehicle without notice
Charge all related recovery costs
Pursue legal action
13. NO WARRANTIES
Vehicle is provided “AS IS” without warranties except as required by Florida law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any legal disputes shall be handled in Polk County, Florida.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By digitally signing this agreement, renter acknowledges:
They have read and understood all terms
They agree to comply fully
They accept financial responsibility under this contract
